Hunan Yuegang Mookray Industrial Co., Ltd is a new material manufacturing enterprise with independent innovation and modular technology in its core, which is specialized in R&D, production and sales of modular new material technology. The company's headquarter is located in the Changde National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Hunan Province, with a registered capital of RMB 600 million. We invested RMB 5 billion in the Changde National High-tech Industrial Park to build 667km2 square meters of modular semiconductor industrial area with well-equipped facilities such as factory, R&D center, testing room, laboratory, office buildings and dormitories.
The first phase of the project covers an area of 100km2 we had an investment of RMB 2 billion, including the production base of High-tech Industrial Park, the headquarter building, and the lighting network. It has been completed and put into operation. We will invest RMB 3 billion in the second phase of the project, it will be launched in the year of 2019 and expected to be completed in 2022. After the completion of the project, the annual turnover will be increased to RMB10 billion, and the tax revenue would be more than RMB500 million. It will provide more than 4000 job positions.

Mookray’s sales network is fully covered, the e-commerce including Jingdong, Alibaba, Amazon, Tmall and we have established a complete IoT platform for lighting network;We set up five major operation centers in East China, South China, Central China, North China, Northeast in the domestic market. The marketing network covers more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country; In the international market, our customers are from Europe, America, Asia, the Middle East, and established strategic partnership with large global intermediate buyers. In the industry, we have a certain sales scale and service scope, we mainly provide energy-saving engineering design scheme and corresponding lighting products for government agencies, enterprises and institutions, advertising companies, engineering companies, and EMC energy-saving renovation companies.
We have a high-tech production factory, product exhibition hall, R&D laboratory and a modern office building. We using advanced production lines and professional testing equipment, which provides a strong guarantee for product quality. At present, our company has an annual production capacity of 500 million US dollars and employs near 1,000 people, including 100 administrative personnel, 200 people of branch offices and sales personnel, 100 design and R&D personnel, and 600 industrial managers and production employees.
We continue to cooperate with the well-known scientific research institute, that creates LED medium and high-end products and does the research and development of LED core technology. We have 80 senior LED design engineers. The senior engineers with more than 15 years working experience have long-term academic exchanges with the American Energy Association and the Taiwan LED Industry Alliance. We have established the “Changde University Student Internship Program”, and had signed contracts with Hunan University of Arts and Science, Hubei University of Technology and other high level universities to form a broad cooperated alliance of “industry-university-research”. We also had a strategic alliance with Tsinghua University, China University of Science and Technology, and Beijing Central Academy of Fine Arts.

At present, Mookray has applied for 431 patents (36 PCT, 55 inventions, 109 utility models, 261 appearances), 109 patents have been already authorized. We are currently applying for IP-based enterprises, and plans to complete 500 patent applications within two years, forming a global patent pool and completing intellectual property and patent layout plans.
Mookray has formed a complete management and operation system process. The company collected next certification: GB/T2801-2011, OHSAS18001, GB/T 2401-2016, ISO14001, GB/T 1901-2016, ISO 9001, and completed 3C, CE product quality certification.
At the same time, the company's “Modular Industrial Park” project listed as a key construction of “500 major industrial projects” of Hunan Province in 2018, and included in the database of key project of the National Development and Reform Commission system.
We applied for 8 domestic trademarks with totally 150 items, and registered 2 international trademarks in 10 countries and regions with totally 20 items.
Mookray takes functional management as the core, establishing six major functional centers of Research Center, Marketing Center, Manufacturing Center, Management Center, Financial Center and Supply Chain Management Center to manage the company operation.
