Sunday ,August 27th , at 9 o'clock in the morning, Changde City Dingcheng District Party Secretary Yang Yi came to visit the 13th factory of our company under the hot weather of "Autumn tiger" ,inspecting the progress status of our modular semiconductor lighting project, he was accompanied with Xionghui who is the deputy district chief of DingCheng District, Yang Xueping who is the director of the high-tech zone management committee, and other leaders. director of the CMC and other leaders accompanied by inspection. Ye Chengzhi, general manager of Yuegang Mookray, made a warm reception with the head of all the departments.
Yang Yi, Dingcheng District Party Secretary ,firstly visited injection workshop and tooling room on the first floor, Ye Chengzhi, general manager of Yuegang Mookray, made an explicit introduction on the current R&D progress of the project and factory production. Mr. Yang Yi asked if the company encountered any difficulties in staff recruitment and R & D team's talent pool ,Mr. Ye responded that we totally have 159 employees, including 54 employees in R&D team, and the production team also reserved a dozen technician in key position, Wuhan University of Technology will further provide the company with more related professional technicians in the aspect of R&D and manufacturing. But in Changde city, it is easier to hire general workers relatively, but also it is an undisputable fact lacking of professional technicians. The relevant government departments have been helping us to work on this issue, I believe this problem will be well resolved as long as we work together.

Visiting injection workshop
Then, accompanied by Mr. Ye, Mr. Yang Yi and his staff visited the finished product assembly workshop and capsulation laboratory on the second floor of the factory, and listened to the introduction of the related information on product technology, structure and material used. According to the introduction by Mr. Ye , comparing with the traditional LED products, Yuegang Mookrays products have extraordinary advantages in the aspects of material, thermal performance and price, also they have convenient modular structure and personalized features, and can better meet diversity demands of the future lighting market.

During the visit to the capsulation laboratory, Mr. Yang Yi was very interested in the laboratory equipments, and well understood the performance and function of the laboratory equipment one by one, the company's related personnel gave an explicit explanation on the operation status of the equipment procured from the first-class equipment supplier in the field. Mr. Ye reported to Mr. Yang Yi that Yuegang Mookrays national-level laboratory testing center will be completed in next August, by then the project will be the national-level laboratory testing center of CNAS and NVLAP dual authentication. After the completion, it will become the unique third party certificate agency to carry out all-around testing on the lighting products in Hunan Province. It will bring a new chapter to lighting industry, but also we expect to get the strong support from the government.

At last, Mr. Ye made a brief introduction on the company's recent R&D status, production and business progress . The production equipment we recently ordered will be arrived consecutively by end of Sept., and we will be ready for mass production in October. The company and Jingdong reached a cooperation agreement, we will strive for the completion of the first production order on "double twelve", the main building of the industrial park can be all capped in mid-September, and now we are intensely in the process of construction and decoration design.
The inspection is drawing to a close, Mr. Yang Yi expressed satisfaction with the progress of the company's industrial park construction, and hope that the factory can be put into production as soon as possible to achieve large-scale production, and make its own contribution to the industry.
