On July 25th, 2017 China's Private Economy Xiongan Forum seminar held in Baoding,Hebei province,and its theme is "the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei".The meeting jointly held by the Beijing Private Economic Development Association, China Association for Quality Promotion, China Business Magazine, and China United National Industry Institute. There were more than 500 people attending the meeting including the leaders at all levels, the famous economist, outstanding entrepreneur. Hunan Yuegang Mookray Industrial Co., LTD. as a vice-chairman unit of Beijing Private Economic Development Association, was invited to attend the meeting.

         Workshop set a theme forum and round table, around innovation carrier, development environment, ecological environment, wisdom, new, high-tech, green transportation, foreign cooperation,etc., discussed the new district development direction under the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei, the way of community organization to better serve the new city construction, and the way of private enterprises to develop the endogenous power to participate in the new district these kinds of  hot topics.

        Beijing private economic development promotion association President Jia Hailu delivered a speech at the seminar. He said that the set-up of Xiongan new district is to realize "generators" and "propeller" of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei.It is the part of the whole society duty, which should also be part of the private economy and private enterprises’ duty.

        The result of the seminar showed that the setup of Xiongan new district should follow the overall requirement of coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and build a core support system with scientific and technological innovation, devoted to strengthening the original innovation ability which can build a global original innovation centre;devoted to promoting the union of science and technology and economy which could set up an innovation-driven development area; engaged in constructing the regional innovation community which could support the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei strategic these kinds of implementation strategies.Regarding innovation as the fundamental driving force of the development of the new district which guides the innovative factors converging to the new area.In addition, the meeting proposed that private capital is one of the important participants in the construction of Xiongan new district. Because it is not only can activate the market, but also benefit the private economy itself for the long-term development of the economic circle in the big capital.
